Where to stay in Demre
Mavi Apart sits right across the road from Kömürlük Beach in Demre; the beach is a one- or two-minute walk from the bungalows and apartments. The Church of St. Nicholas is 3.6 km away, ancient Myra 5 km and Çayağzı pier, where Kekova boat tours start, 6.2 km. About 2.5 hours from Antalya Airport along the coast road.

Frequently asked questions
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, and late arrivals are fine: we welcome you until midnight. Check-out by 11:00 in the apartments and bungalows, by 10:00 in the villa. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a fee when available; just message us.
How do I book?
Call or message us on WhatsApp. Once dates and the home are agreed, a 30% deposit confirms your booking. You receive a written confirmation with the home, dates, guests and total.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or date change until 14 days before arrival in summer and holiday periods, 7 days in other seasons. After that the deposit is non-refundable and you may change dates once.
Is the rate per person? Is there an extra guest fee?
Rates are per home, with no extra guest fee up to the home’s capacity: 3 guests in the bungalows and the 1+1, 5 in the 2+1 and 8 in the villa.
Is there a minimum stay?
The villa has a 3-night minimum all year. Other homes require 2 nights in summer and on holidays; single nights are fine in other seasons.
