Check-in from 15:00, and late arrivals are fine: we welcome you until midnight. Check-out by 11:00 in the apartments and bungalows, by 10:00 in the villa. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a fee when available; just message us.

Call or message us on WhatsApp. Once dates and the home are agreed, a 30% deposit confirms your booking. You receive a written confirmation with the home, dates, guests and total.

Free cancellation or date change until 14 days before arrival in summer and holiday periods, 7 days in other seasons. After that the deposit is non-refundable and you may change dates once.

Rates are per home, with no extra guest fee up to the home’s capacity: 3 guests in the bungalows and the 1+1, 5 in the 2+1 and 8 in the villa.

The villa has a 3-night minimum all year. Other homes require 2 nights in summer and on holidays; single nights are fine in other seasons.

You can stay with your pet in our 1+1 apartments. Pets are not accepted in the bungalows, the 2+1 or the villa.

Kömürlük Beach is right across from the property: a wide, quiet public beach of sand and pebbles. For a morning swim, just grab a towel and cross over. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented from the beach businesses nearby.

Yes. Minibuses and taxis run to Demre town; we share the numbers at check-in. We can arrange airport transfers from Antalya, and the Kekova boat pier at Çayağzı is 6 km away.

Yes, we are open all year. In winter the Luxury Bungalow, the 2+1 and the villa with its heated indoor pool are favourites; monthly stays are also possible.

The deposit is paid by bank transfer and the balance on arrival in cash or by transfer. Rates are in Turkish lira.
